TREL - Trace Elements (ppm) Test
Refers to things like arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury, selenium, etc. that are not expressed in the chemical analysis of a ceramic. Most ceramic raw materials are earthy substances and thus contain a wide array of trace elements and compounds.
