There are lots of resources here to help yourself, but if necessary I can help you individually.

Digitalfire.com has enough resources, and an account at Insight-live.com has enough power, to enable you to personally deal with most technical challenges in ceramics (consultants who contract to help you often use the resources here that you could use yourself). We can point you in the right direction here and most often that will enable solving it yourself (just buy me a coffee below with your question). Failing these We can provide help (at a cost of course). Here is how it works:
- You get my attention by using the chat feature on the lower right of this page
- We correspond to discuss your problem, if we decide to go ahead:
- You provide information about the glaze, body or engobe recipe with issues (plus applicable notes, data and quality pictures).
- By entering the information in recipe records in your Insight-live account (using the video below for help) and notify me in the chat (using the same device).
- You request sending the information in an email and we respond with an email address. You provide the information and we log in to your account to enter all of it for you (this obviously takes more time and you might have to motivate me with a coffee (below).
- We log in to your account, assess the problem and likely get back to you with questions for more clarification.
- We do the calculations in your account (making a video of the process if appropriate) and notify you when done.
In some cases we will set you up in a channel in our Slack or Discord account for long-term interaction.
